1.Ingredients:Calf Thighs, Golden Polyporus, Notoginseng, Licorice.
Wash the calf thighs, blanch them briefly.
Clean the licorice and put it together with the calf thighs in a pot.
Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat.Boilfor some time.
Remove the lid, turn off the heat.
Transfer the whole pot into an electric slow cooker.
Add Golden Polyporus and Notoginseng powder.
Cover the pot, plug in the power, stew for 1.5 hours.
The time is up, unplug the power, serve immediately.
This soup retains its original taste quite well. If you prefer a stronger flavor, add some salt to taste.
