: ,Or 12 grams of honey-fried loquat leaves, 15 grams of honey-fried Sang Bai Pi (a type of Chinese herb), simmered in water.

Treatment for nose inflammation: Grind loquat leaves (without hairs), Sang Bai Pi, Da Shan Zhi (Indian Madder), and Ku San (a type of Chinese herb) equally into powder. Take one money (approximately 10 grams) daily, mixed with wine and swallowed with warm water.

Treatment for chronic bronchitis and cough with excessive sputum and shortness of breath: Loquat leaves,Carica papaya (papaya), Tian Jiang She (a type of Chinese herb), Winter Sang Ye (Winter Sapling leaves), and Tian Hua Fan (a type of Chinese herb). Simmered in water.To promote lactation: 5 loquat leaves, 9 grams of Coptis chinensis root, simmered in water.

Contraindications for loquat leaves

Loquat leaves for cough should be honey-fried, for vomiting use fresh leaves orGingerhoney-fried.Avoid use by those with colds, stomach cold and nausea, and cough caused by lung wind.Taking loquat leaves without removing the hairs can irritate the oral mucosa, easily causing increased cough, throat swelling, vomiting, and spasms.
