原料:雪里红60克,烧鸭肉90克,上汤1杯,淀粉180克,冬菇4只,盐1茶匙,胡椒粉半茶匙,麻油少许。
雪菜火鸭丝窝米的做法
①雪里红冲洗净,揸水切粒,冬菇浸软去蒂,烧鸭肉撕成丝状,备用。
②烧开一锅水。下适量盐、一下淀粉煮滚,盛起放于锅底。
③烧开适量清水及上汤,将浸冬菇水一并加入,下雪里红及训味料。中火再煮约5分钟,淋入淀粉中,便可原锅上桌。
