Non-stick pan

Gently apply a thin layer of oil on the non-stick pan, heat over low flame, then pour in a spoonful of batter;8. Quickly spread it out into a round pancake shape;9. Slowly fry until both sides are cooked, remove and add several drops of oil to the pan, pour another batch of batter, repeat this process until all batches are done; I made six pancakes.

10. Spread tomato sauce on the pancake, sprinkle shredded meat, then fold it in half twice.

11. Finished product

Tips

1. Adjust the batter ratio according to circumstances as different brands of flour have varying water absorption, and so do different brands of milk and eggs; too thick batter is hard to flow, while too thin batter cooks too fast without forming properly.
2. Do not use too much oil in the pan, just a thin layer will suffice; if using high heat, it can make the pancake shape before it spreads out.
A non-stick pan would be easier for this process.
3. During the frying process, batter may settle at times, mix evenly each time before scooping up to pour.Folding
