Slow-cook the chicken with wine.Use a three-yellow chicken.The ingredients are one three-yellow chicken.Add onions,add gingerand garlic.Add Sichuan pepper.Add salt and cooking wine.
To make slow-cooked three-yellow chicken:
1. Rinse the chicken, rub it with salt for 10 minutes, then rinse it clean with water.
2. Put water in a pot, cut the chicken into pieces, place the chicken pieces in the pot immediately turn off the heat, remove and set aside.
3.Place water in a clay pot,add onions, ginger, garlic, Sichuan pepper, bring to a boil after which add the blanched chicken pieces. After turning off the fire, cover the clay pot with aluminum foil, place alcohol on the foil and ignite it until the wine is finished before serving.
