How to Cook Pork Sausage and Baby Bok Choy:

Prepare the ingredients.

Slice the baby bok choy, pork sausage, and green onion.

Stir-fry the green onion in hot oil for a minute, then add the pork sausage and stir-fry for another minute.

Add the sliced baby bok choy and stir-fry for two minutes. Add all seasonings except sesame oil; continue stir-frying for two more minutes.
Turn off the heat, add sesame oil, mix well, and serve.
