Nelumbo leaf comes from the leaf of the lotus plant in the Nelumbonaceae family.Lotus is a perennial aquatic herb that grows in swamps, ponds, lakes, or paddy fields, both wild and cultivated.It is widely distributed across northern and southern regions.Harvest before flowering from June to July, remove the petiole, dry until about 70% dry, fold into half-circles, and then fully dry.Fresh leaves or young tender leaves can also be used in summer.
