Silver sprouts stir-fried with edamame preparation:

1. Remove the beans from the edamame, rinse thoroughly.

3. Crush or finely chop the garlic.

5. Boil water in a wok and add some salt; blanch green bean sprouts, then rinse with cold water.Blanch edamame, then rinse with cold water.

6. Drain the cooled green bean sprouts and edamame well, and place them in a serving dish. Pour the prepared dressing over them and mix thoroughly.You can also pour somechilioil if you like.
