Preserved bamboo shoots and sour cabbage stewed with pork belly steps

1. Soak the preserved bamboo shoots overnight in water. Cut the preserved bamboo shoots and sour cabbage into small pieces. Prepare some fried pork belly.

2. Add a little oil to the pot and stir-fry the pork belly until it's heated through.

3. Then, add a little sugar and stir-fry the sour cabbage.

4. Next, add the preserved bamboo shoots and stir-fry together.

5. Pour in enough water to cover the preserved bamboo shoots.

6. Cook over high heat for 20 minutes, then switch to low heat for 10 minutes.7. Once there's a little sauce left, add salt and oyster sauce and cook for another 3 minutes.

Tips
1. Soak the preserved bamboo shoots overnight.
2. Stewing the preserved bamboo shoots in a pot gives better texture than using a pressure cooker.
