  • Preserved bamboo shoots and sour cabbage stewed with pork belly steps

  • 1. Soak the preserved bamboo shoots overnight in water. Cut the preserved bamboo shoots and sour cabbage into small pieces. Prepare some fried pork belly.

  • 2. Add a little oil to the pot and stir-fry the pork belly until it's heated through.

  • 3. Then, add a little sugar and stir-fry the sour cabbage.

  • 4. Next, add the preserved bamboo shoots and stir-fry together.

  • 5. Pour in enough water to cover the preserved bamboo shoots.

  • 6. Cook over high heat for 20 minutes, then switch to low heat for 10 minutes.7. Once there's a little sauce left, add salt and oyster sauce and cook for another 3 minutes.
