Pork (200 grams)

1. Main ingredients: pork, rice vermicelli, green garlic.
2. Soak the vermicelli in warm water until slightly soft and set aside.

3. Cut the green garlic into small pieces.

4. Heat some cooking oil in a wok, add star anise and tstar seeds to fry until fragrant.

5. Add pork and stir-fry until dispersed.

6. Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine and 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, stir-fry.

7. Pour in about 1.5 cups of chicken broth or water.

8. Place the softened vermicelli into the wok and simmer.

9. Cook until the vermicelli is tender, then add green garlic pieces and stir-fry evenly.
