How to make sauerkraut stewed pork belly

1.Sauerkraut in appropriate amount

2.Cut the sauerkraut and drain the water

3.Pork belly in appropriate amount

4.Slice the pork belly, put it in a pot with water and add star anise

5.Put on the lid and cook directly over high heat

6.When the mixture comes to a boil, add the sauerkraut and continue stewing

7.Cook according to your preference; about one hour is sufficient
