Duck Soup with Mushrooms

Sugar0.5 teaspoon

Rice wine0.5 teaspoon
Chicken essence0.25 teaspoon

1. Wash the chicken and cut it into large pieces;Soak the hazelnut mushrooms in warm water for 1 hour;Cut the scallion and ginger into chunks

2. Pour a little oil into the pot, add the scallion and ginger chunks and stir-fry until fragrant;Addchickenstir-fry, then pour in rice wine to remove fishy smell~
