1. Peel and cut potatoes into blocks, cut chicken legs into blocks
2. Use plenty of oil to fry the chicken until it changes color, then add soy sauce and stir-fry. Add seasonings and potatoes, stir-fry, add water and cook until done.
Mixing raw dough balls requires adding a little water at a time, stirring twice, then adding more water and stirring again. Repeat this process to get the right consistency; if too much water is added at once, large dough balls will form that are hard to cook and digest.
