Roast stuffed squid steps

3. Chop radish, cucumber, spring onion, and ginger into small pieces.
4. Mix with mince, add a little salt, rice wine, a tiny bit of sugar, and stir vigorously in one direction to make it firm.

Brush with baking sauce, wrap with aluminum foil.Meat saucePlace in the middle of the oven, bake for another 15 minutes. After it cools slightly, cut into slices and serve, pouring any extra juice over them.
Additional tips
1. Choose large squid with fresh-looking skin, avoiding those that are dull in color.
2. You can add some cornstarch to the meat filling if you prefer; it helps prevent the filling from breaking when slicing.
3. During baking, the squid will release moisture, so control the amount of sauce used. After baking, there will be juice that can be poured over the slices for extra flavor!
4. You can substitute barbecue sauce with seafood sauce or other sauces according to personal preference.
5. If you don't have an oven, you can steam the stuffed squid and then slice it after cooling slightly, adding your preferred sauce on top.
According to personal preference, the barbecue sauce can be replaced with seafood sauce or other types of sauces.
If there is no oven at home, the stuffed squid can be steamed in a pot after stuffing, let it cool slightly, then slice it and pour your preferred sauce over it.
When steaming, cover with plastic wrap.
