Spicy River Shrimp

500g small river shrimp

  Coriander50g

Appropriate amount of oil

Appropriate amount of salt

Sufficient chilies

Steps for Spicy River Shrimp

1. Boil the fresh small river shrimp in boiling water!

2.OnionChiliGingerGarlic, cut ready!

3. Cut the coriander!

4. First, heat the oil in a pan, then fry some chopped green onions and garlic!Then add the river shrimp that has been blanched in boiling water, stir-fry!

5. When the river shrimp have flipped several times, addSoy sauce

6. About 3 minutes later, add the ingredients, continue to stir-fry!

7. When the river shrimp are well seasoned, add the coriander,Monosodium glutamate (MSG)and salt, stir-fry a few more times, then serve!

8. This completes the spicy river shrimp!

Tips

The ingredients are just the small river shrimp!I chose smaller ones because of their lower price and easier seasoning; they can be eaten without peeling!
