1. Warm the milk, add yeast and stir to dissolve, pour intobread machine, then add whole egg, high-gluten flour, sugar, salt in sequence, select kneading program, after 15 minutes add butter, select quick bread program for 40 minutes.

2. Kneaded dough undergoes first fermentation until pressing leaves an indentation that does not spring back.

3. Divide the dough into three parts and let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.

4. Roll out each portion intoBeef tongueshape, roll up, then repeat once.

5. Place in bread loaf mold to undergo second fermentation until doubled in size, brush with egg wash.

6.Ovenpreheat and place baking rack on the second-to-last level, bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.

Tips

1. Adjust water amount according to desired consistency; prefer thicker batter by adding more water.Flour
