1. Sauté the pork in a pan until it changes color, add two slices of ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant.Add water, simmer for 30 minutes on low heat;

2. AddYamstarch, frozen tofu, and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat;

3. Switch to low heat, add chopped green onions, turn off the fire, and serve.

Tips

Yam starch is made fromfragrant yam,available in supermarkets; it can be replaced withsweet potatostarch.
