Ingredients
  Mango1 piece
  Greek yogurt150g
  mildheavy cream80g

Mango yogurt mousse preparation steps
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until soft, then place them in a pot and heat until melted before turning off the heat.
2. Whip the sweet cream to about 70% consistency.
3. Lower the temperature of the gelatin liquid, then pour it into the mango yogurt mixture and stir evenly.
4. Wash the mango, peel and remove the seeds, cut the flesh into small pieces, and add most of the mango along with yogurt to a blender. Slightly blend, then divide the cream into three portions, pouring each portion in while stirring down and up alternately until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into cups, place them in the refrigerator for two hours before removing and adding some decorations such as chopped mango pieces and small sugar pearls.
