主料:300g带脂里脊、500g黄豆芽 配料:适量油、黄豆芽炒肉、适量盐、适量酱油、适量姜丝、适量红椒、适量花椒
、适量洋葱。
制作步骤:1、带脂里脊用酱油盐姜丝腌制五分钟,黄豆芽冲洗干净,洋葱红椒剁碎2、热油锅内爆香花椒洋葱3、放入肉丝翻炒4、炒匀后放剁椒5、添加少许水放盐调味6、等肉熟了放入黄豆芽7、大火收汁即可。
