How to make Frozen Tofu - Braised Frozen Tofu

Ingredients

Steps
1 Tear the large white cabbage into small pieces by hand, slice or cut the pork belly into pieces;
2 Cut the thawed frozen tofu into pieces;
3 Heat a pan over medium heat, add the pork belly and stir-fry over low heat until it browns, then add green onions and ginger and stir-fry quickly;
4 When the pork is slightly browned on both sides, remove it and set aside. Use the remaining oil to stir-fry the shredded white cabbage until it softens;

Ingredients
One piece of frozen tofu, 300g of dried seaweed,Dried Small Fish (Silver Fish)Dried, Green Onion, Ginger, Salt, Sugar,Bone Broth.
Steps
1 Cut the frozen tofu into pieces and squeeze out the water, cut the seaweed into strips, and rinse the dried small fish in water;
2 Heat oil in a wok over medium heat, add green onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant;
3 Add the seaweed strips and stir-fry for a while, then pour in an appropriate amount of bone broth (or water) to cover the seaweed;

Tips
