豆角干炒腊鱼怎么做

湖南腊鱼300克,水发豆角干100克,青椒片、红椒片、姜片、蒜末、葱段各适量料酒、盐、白糖、味精、老抽、水淀粉、芝麻油、食用油各适量。
方法步骤
1.将湖南腊鱼洗净斩件;豆角干洗净切段。往锅中注水煮沸,放入腊鱼,煮1分钟,捞出。
2.起油锅,倒入姜片、蒜末、葱段爆香,倒入腊鱼炒匀。
3.倒入料酒炒香,倒入豆角干炒匀。
4.加盐、白糖、味精、老抽调味,倒入青、红椒片炒匀。
5.倒入水淀粉勾芡,淋入芝麻油即可。
