lard, 50g sugar.

Steps

1. Wash and dry the pork, chop it into mince and mix with eggs, green onions, ginger, garlic, rice wine, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and sugar.

2. Knead the mixture until it becomes elastic, then refrigerate.

3. Mix 300g of regular flour, 90g of lard, 50g of sugar, and 120g of water to form a dough.

4. Mix 300g of regular flour and 150g of lard to form a lard dough.

5. Divide the dough into small pieces and wrap the water dough with lard, then slowly close the edges.6. Then roll out the dough intoleaf-shaped

and roll it up again, then roll out the dough into long strips.

7. After rolling it up, roll the edges towards the center, wrap with meat filling, fold the edges of the filled mooncake, and place them in a baking pan.8.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
