The popularity of roast duck, which is widespread throughout China, is due in part to the fame of Peking roast duck. Besides Peking roast duck, there are many others, such as Cantonese roast duck, and others. Here, we introduce a few easy-to-make roast duck recipes at home.

Method Steps
1. Thaw the duck, remove the duck's feathers and skin, and wash it clean;
2. Place a large pot of water on the stove, add ginger, scallions, and baking powder, and boil. After the duck is cooked, turn it over and cook it again, and then remove the duck;
3. Pour hot cola onto the duck, covering both the inside and outside, and then wipe it with white wine;
4. Remove the remaining feathers and fluff from the duck's body;
5. Tie the duck's two legs together and hang it in a well-ventilated place to cool for 4-5 hours, or simply dry it with a fan;
6. After cutting the apple into pieces, insert it into the duck's belly. Preheat the oven to 375F;Bake for 40 minutes, flip it over, and bake for another 40-50 minutes;7. After baking, slice and arrange on a plate.

1. Cut a 3.3cm long opening on the left side of the duck, remove the internal organs;

duck legand the bend of the wings, cut offthe duck's palmand the tip of the leg, and wash the duck;3. Cut the osmanthus leaves into small pieces and mix with scallions, ginger, and star anise; insert it into the duck's belly
4. Use a metal fork to pass through the inner side of the duck leg, and pass through the two duck legs;
5. Use boiling water to repeatedly pour over the duck's body 5-6 times to expand the duck skin, then brush with wheat flour

1. Wash and dry the duck again, remove the wings;
2. Place the duck on a rack and pour boiling water over it to shrink the skin, then mix and evenly apply soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt to the duck;
3. After evenly applying honey and water to the duck, dry for about 5 hours;
4. After the skin is dry, bake at 390 degrees for 30 minutes, then bake at around 180 degrees for 40 minutes;
5. After baking, slice the roast duck, chop scallions, and cut cucumbers into strips, and arrange with mustard and biscuit crust.

Duck, scallions, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, fennel, bay leaves, honey, cooking wine, mustard,
white sugar,edible oil.Method Steps
1. Wash and clean the duck inside and out, and blanch it in boiling water. Keep pouring hot water on the outer skin, blanch for about 3 minutes, then remove and drain;
2. Place the duck in a basin, add all the ingredients, and massage and evenly coat; marinate for 24 hours;
3. Use a fork to brush the honey on the surface of the duck;
4. Put it in the preheated oven, and bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes;
