Ingredients

Wood Ear Mushrooms 50g, Pork 150g,

Green Peppers(as needed),Light Soy Sauce,Cornstarch, Cooking Wine, Salt, Cooking Oil, Cumin, Green Onions,Ginger.Method1. Soak and cut the wood ear mushrooms into small pieces, chop green onions and ginger, slice the green peppers and pork, then marinate with light soy sauce and cooking wine for 10 minutes;

2. After soaking, cut the wood ear mushrooms into small pieces and drain;

Slice the pork and marinate with cornstarch and salt for a few minutes;3. After soaking, cut the wood ear mushrooms into small pieces, chop green onions and ginger, slice garlic;

4. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté, then add the pork slices and stir-fry;

5. After a few minutes, add the water chestnuts and green/red peppers and continue to stir-fry;

6. Add the wood ear mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add salt to taste and serve.

Tips

Use cool water to soak the wood ear mushrooms for a better texture, but it takes longer. It's best to start soaking the day before.

Fry the chicken pieces for a short time, then add sliced leeks and diced green and red peppers and continue to stir-fry.

Add the dried mushrooms, stir-fry for 3 minutes, and season with salt before serving.

Tips

Dried mushrooms taste better when soaked in cold water, but it takes longer, so it's best to start soaking them the night before.
