苹果蜂蜜披萨的做法
食材准备
披萨面团100克,马苏里拉奶酪100克,番茄酱、蜂蜜各50克,苹果1个,油浸黑橄榄2个,阿里根努香草、紫苏、盐、橄榄油各适量。
方法步骤
1.苹果切成角状,油浸黑橄榄切成片,均备用。
2.将披萨面团擀成5毫米厚的面坯,放入刷橄榄油的烤盘中,涂抹上番茄酱。
3.放上切好的苹果角和橄榄片,均匀撒上马苏里拉奶酪、盐、阿里根努香草、紫苏,淋少许橄榄油。
4.放入烤箱250℃烘烤5分钟。
5.取出,淋上蜂蜜、少量橄榄油即可。
