The steps for making bread strands:
1. Mix flour with cold water to form lumps, then knead into the texture of noodles.the hardnessof noodles

2. Knead into a dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

3. Divide the dough evenly into portions, making sure they are in pairs.

4. Roll each portion into a round sheet measuring about 15cm in diameter.

5. Apply a layer of oil on one of the sheets.

6. Cover with another sheet.

7. Gently roll both layers into thin rounds, approximately 2mm thick.

8. Brush a little oil in a pan and place the rolled bread strands inside, cooking over low heat.

9. Apply more oil on top of the second layer.

10. Cook the bottom layer until it resembles the texture shown, then flip and continue cooking.

11. Cook until the layers can be easily separated; then re-apply a little heat to the joined sides.

12. Let the joined side face up to cool down.

13. Once cooled, slice into strands.
