Dough: 85g high-gluten flour, 48g water, 9g whole egg, 15g sugar,milk powder3g, 0.5g salt, 2g yeast, 9g butter
Filling: 80g fried yam filling, 5g coconut cream

Steps:
1) Mix all ingredients except the butter to form a uniform dough.Add butter and continue kneading.The dough should develop into a thin film.Place in a large bowl for primary fermentation.Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.Punch down, divide into three parts, round them up, and rest for 15 minutes,

2) Mix coconut cream and fried yam filling in a bowl.Divide mixture into three equal parts.Take one piece of dough, flatten it, and place the filling inside.Wrap tightly, sealing the seam downward, then flatten again.Place on a baking tray, cut 6 slits, and let rise again.

3) Let the dough double in size.Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with coconut cream, placein the ovenat middle level, bake at 160-180°C for about 15 minutes.The surface should be golden brown when removed from the oven.

4) It's delicious.....
