How to make stewed beef brisket with broad beans:
1. Wash the beef brisket and cut it into 5 cm long, 1 cm wide and thick strips. Blanch in cold water, remove and drain.Cut the broad beans into halves, chop the scallions.
2. Heat some plant oil until five-tenths hot, add star anise, cinnamon, Szechuan pepper, and dried chili peppers to stir-fry until fragrant, then add beef brisket and stir-fry evenly, pour in clear broth, addsodium chloride, MSG, and cook over high heat.Boiluntil foam rises, remove the foam, transfer to a pressure cooker and press for 15 minutes until the beef brisket is tender. Then return to the pot, add broad beans, season well, drizzle with aromatics oil, sprinkle with chopped scallions and serve.
