Pickling sauce:Vinegar6 tablespoons, water 1/4 cup, salt 1 teaspoon,HoneyNearly 1 tablespoon, sugar 1/2 cup, lemon (sliced) 1/2 piece,Lemon juice4 tablespoons and 3 teaspoons
Tomato Lemon Pickled Vegetable Instructions:
1. Make the pickling sauce by bringing all ingredients except lemon juice to a boil in a pot, then remove from heat and add sliced lemons and lemon juice.
2. Wash and de-stem the tomatoes, place them in a container and pour in the cooked sauce. Let it cool completely before refrigerating for 2 days or more.Food Network
3. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving if desired.
Note: One cup = 200ml, one teaspoon = 5ml, one tablespoon = 15ml!Food Network
