French baked mussels:

1. Melt butter on low heat,

2. Heat oil in a pot and add garlic chopped until golden yellow, then add onion chopped until translucent.

3. Add mussel meatand red wine to the pot, then addflourand stir-fry evenly, simmer for a moment, then add cheese powder all together and stir-fry, add salt to taste.4. Fill the prepared filling into mushrooms, sprinkle with some cheese powder,
