1. Fresh ribs, cut into medium-sized pieces and washed repeatedly with clear water;then drained of moisture and placed in a bowl.

2. Prepare hoisin sauce, set aside for use.

3. Add hoisin sauce to the ribs.

4. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.

5. Remove marinated ribs, neatly arrange them in an electric rice cooker.

6. Cover and press the cook button on the rice cooker; steam for 20 minutes, then addsoy sauce。

7. Mix well, cover again, and steam for another 10 minutes until just reduced to desired thickness.

8. Serve in a plate!
Tips:
1. Marinate the meat for as long as possible, ideally overnight.If time is limited, at least marinate it for four hours.
2. Do not overcook; steam until just reduced to desired thickness.
