Dumpling Sauce Noodles ingredients:Egg100 grams of noodles, green bean sprouts 30 grams,red onion oil1 teaspoon, oyster sauce 1 tablespoonBoil water in a pot and add the egg and noodles.Use chopsticks to stir and cook the noodles, simmer for about half a minute, then remove from heat and rinse with cold water to remove surface starch. Drain the noodles and place them in a bowl.
Blanch mung bean sprouts in boiling water.Drain the sprouts after a brief simmering.Place the drained sprouts on top of the noodles.Pour oyster sauce over the top and serve.
