Last time we madechicken.Tomato salad was the last addition.Bread..Someone might wonder how to make bread themselves?So today, I will teach you how to bakebread by yourself..

To make bread, prepare:

3 cups Bread Flour (high-gluten flour),1 packet of yeast (equivalent to 21 grams))

1 cup warm water

1/4 cup sugar

1 egg

2 tablespoons vegetable oil1/2 tablespoon salt

1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

First, mix the yeast, warm water, and 2 teaspoons of sugar in a bowl.Let it sit for 5 minutes to wake up the yeast.Add the egg, oil, salt,

and the remaining sugar and half of the flour.

Mix until combined.Gradually add the other half of the flour.Mixture should be kneaded to form a dough.

Place the dough on a floured surface.

Knead until it is no longer sticky and elastic.

A successful bread dough should have some elasticity.

To check if it has been kneaded enough, try stretching out a piece of dough like a window.

If it does not tear easily, then you are done.Otherwise, knead for a bit longer..Place the dough in an oiled bowl,cover with a lid or plastic wrap,

and let it rise at a warm place (around 29 degrees Celsius).

Once the dough has doubled in size,

Press into a rectangular shape and roll up.

Seal as you roll, then seal the ends.

Place in an oiled bread pan.

The seam should be at the bottom.Brush with oil.

Let it rise again in a warm place (around 29 degrees Celsius) for another hour.
