  Tomato and sprout meatball soup preparation steps1. Chop the green onion into flower, cut the tomato into thick slices, pound the ginger, wash the yellow bean sprouts and set aside.

   2. Grind the pork to mince, add half a teaspoon of salt, minced ginger, egg, half a teaspoon of soy sauce and a little water, stir in one direction until well combined, then add wheat starch and stir evenly for use.

3. Place the soup pot on high heat, add fresh broth or water, add broken ginger and bring to a boil, turn the fire to low, use a small soup spoon to scoop meat filling into round shapes, each about 2 cm in diameter, and cook until the meatballs float to the surface of the soup.

Add bean sprouts, tomato slices, salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, bring back to boil, remove broken ginger, serve in a bowl.

Boil the soup pot on high heat with fresh broth or water and broken ginger.Turn the heat to low, and use a small spoon to form meatballs into circles about 2 cm in diameter.Cook until the meatballs rise to the surface.
