This recipe comes from a baking book I saw in Japan. The book used strawberries, but I changed it to cherries.Although no ice cream maker was used, this is an extremely quick and easy ice cream. The taste is definitely amazing!Mouthfeel is soft and creamy, much better than store-bought ones!I don't like overly sweet tastes, so it might be a bit too sweet for some. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.PS: I need to buy an ice cream scoop...IngredientsLight cream200 gramsmilk sugar

Cherry Ice Cream Steps
Prepare ingredients; I used sugar, which seems to be a nice touch for women!
Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and remove the pits from the cherries. Then mix at high speed until it becomes a paste.Since my mixing bowl is deep, cherry juice did not splash out. You can also first mash the cherries before mixing if you prefer.
I intentionally left some fine pieces of fruit in the mixture, which made the texture particularly good.

Pour the mixed cherry paste into a container and cover with cling film. Freeze for about three hours (results vary by freezer). When frozen to about 50% hardness, take out and mix using an electric mixer until it thickens again. Return to the refrigerator.Repeat this process twice or more; you can clearly feel a smooth, creamy texture when mixing.Very simple! I only mixed once because it was already very delicious! Here's the finished product! The one on the left is vanilla ice cream. The recipe is slightly different but equally delicious!

I will post the recipe later!

Cooking Tips

Leftover ice cream can be stored in a stainless steel container and frozen for preservation! It is incredibly simple, I only stirred it once after taking it out of the fridge and it was already delicious!

6. Here is the finished product! The left side is vanilla ice cream, with a slightly different recipe but also super tasty!I will share the recipe soon!
