Raspberry red wine ice pop method:

Rinse the raspberries in salty water for 10 minutes, then wash them thoroughly with clean water and lightly drain the excess moisture.

Remove the stems from the raspberries and cut them into pieces as needed.This recipe does not include added sugar. You can adjust the amount according to your taste.

Blend the raspberries into a pulp. Add red wine and stir well.Keep a few whole raspberry pieces for decoration.Place 3-4 whole raspberries in each ice pop mold for texture when eating.

First, fix the ice pop molds with a box, then pour the blended raspberry mixture into the molds. Place them in the refrigerator to freeze for about two hours. When the mixture is mostly frozen but not completely solidified, insert the sticks and continue freezing for another few hours.Before serving, invert the mold and gently rinse under running water for 10-15 seconds. The ice pops should easily pop out of their molds.
