500g bighead fish

  mung bean sprouts200g

  Hot-pot fish slicesmaking steps

1. Wash the fish and cut into pieces

2. Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry ginger and garlic

3. Add red bean paste

4. Add water

5. Put in fish pieces

6. Add mung bean sprouts
