Ingredients
Tofu300g

Chopped green onions
2 tablespoons shrimp sauce
Steps for making stewed tofu with shrimp sauce
1. Cut the tofu into long strips.
2. Pour water into a pot, heat it up, then add the tofu and simmer briefly before removing and draining.
3. Chop the green onions and slice the ginger.
4. Heat oil in a pan, then stir-fry the chopped onion and ginger until fragrant.
5. Add one tablespoon of shrimp sauce, cook over low heat.
6. Once the aroma comes out, add the tofu and gently stir-fry. Pour in a little water and simmer for 10 minutes before serving.
Tips
1. Shrimp sauce is very salty, so no additional salt should be added when cooking with it.
2. Do not leave shrimp sauce cooked for too long, as it should be eaten soon after preparation.
