Peking flavor steamed tofu preparation tutorial:
1. Cut the flat tofu into small pieces;Clean the fresh mushrooms, remove the stems, and cut them into flower patterns on the surface;Blanch the meat slices in boiling water for a moment and set aside.
2. Heat the wok, add 1 tablespoon of oil (additional), stir-fry the garlic and the blanched meat slices over low heat until fragrant; then add bamboo shoots andred radishslices and fresh mushrooms, stir-fry briefly.
