Steps to make Silver Ear and Goji Berry Milk Soup

1. In the evening: Soak silver ear fungus, then put it in a slow cooker and bring to a boil before switching to low heat.

2. In the morning: Add appropriate amount of goji berries and continue cooking on high for 10 minutes.

Tips

Milk should not be consumed withfruit juices,vinegar,mashu (rice wine),cauliflower;avoid eating these foods for about 1 hour before or after drinking milk.Do not consume oranges with milk;;Milk and raw fish should never be consumed together, as it can cause poisoning.

2. Goji berries are generally not advisable to be consumed with too many warming tonics such aslongan,ginseng,or jujubes.

3. If no rock sugar or honey is added, the original flavor is also very good!
