Steps to make rock sugar papaya and silver ear fungus

1. Soak the silver ear in warm water for 10-15 minutes.

2. Cut the papaya in half, remove the skin and seeds, then cut into small pieces.

3. Put the soaked silver ear into a pot and simmer for 1 hour, then add rock sugar and the chopped papaya.

4. Since papaya can be eaten raw, it should not be cooked for too long; add after about 10 minutes.
