1. Cut the ribs into small pieces and drain off the water.

2. Prepare ginger strips, garlic paste, fried garlic crisp, oyster sauce, etc., then add oil and salt, along with cornstarch and sugar.

3. Mix them together with the ribs and marinate for 15 minutes or longer.
