Steps for Sichuan LapCheong
1. Take out the frozen Sichuan lapcheong
2. As it is quite dry, soak in warm water for half a day; skip this step if it is more moist
3. Sprinkle with alkali as needed and gently rub
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water
5. Add an appropriate amount of water, cook until done. Boil for about 20 minutes over medium heat due to its dryness
6. While cooking the lapcheong, prepare the garnishes, slice thecherriesradishinto petal shapes, place ketchup in the center and cilantro underneath them
7. Slice the cooked lapcheong diagonally into thin pieces
8. Serve on a plate
