1. Wash the water bamboo shoots and cut them into dice-shaped pieces.
2. Prepare chopped green onion (if there is fresh green onion, you can use more).
3. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped green onions until they turn slightly golden.
4. Add the diced water bamboo shoots and stir-fry evenly. Then add an appropriate amount of salt.
5. Add oyster sauce.

Tips:
