Spicy Fermented Pepper Shredded Pork in Fish Flavored Sauce

2. Wash thinly sliced potato in water and remove it after.

3. Slice mushrooms into thin strips.4. Chop pickled peppers finely.

7. Mix soysauce, white sugar, and white vinegar in the proportion of 2:3:3 as a sauce.

The ratio for making the sauce is roughly: 2 parts soy sauce: 3 parts sugar: 3 parts vinegar
