Papaya Custard Soup

Ingredients

  Papayahalf a piece

Fresh milk 480ml

  Egg whitesthree pieces

A small piece of rock sugar

  Vinegar1 teaspoon

1. Boil the fresh milk, add rock sugar and simmer until dissolved, then cool down and set aside.

2. Beat the egg whites, then mix in the cooled milk and a teaspoon of vinegar.milkand one teaspoon of vinegar mixed well.

3. Strain step 2 into small bowls, cover with cling film.

4. Place in a pot and steam for 10 minutes to make cheese.Steam10 minutes until the cheese is done.

5. Cut the papaya into pieces, blend them into pulp, and pour over the cheese when serving.
