1. Heat oil in a pot, add slightly fried garlic and green onion, remove Karamata seeds, then add cut radicchio pieces (smaller than tofu), stir-fry for 2 minutes, followed by adding tofu and stirring for 1 minute;
2. Add some cold water, cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, then add pickled tofu and continue cooking for another 3 minutes (add more water if needed);
3. When radicchio is very soft, add remaining garlic and green onions, cook until all liquid has evaporated, then serve.
Since the pickled tofu is already quite salty, it's recommended to not add salt unless you prefer a very salty taste.
