How to Make Cheese Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients:Chicken breastCheeseBacon, Cornstarch,Bread crumbs,Panko breadcrumbs,Eggliquid

Seasonings: cooking wine,Black pepper, Salt

Steps:

1] Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces and use a mallet to flatten them. Add seasonings and marinate for 10 minutes.

2] Fry the bacon until cooked, cut cheese slices in half.

3]Chickenpieces are laid out on a cutting board, with one piece of cheese, then bacon, followed by another piece of cheese arranged in order.

4] Roll them up, securing the seam with a little egg liquid.

5] Coat with cornstarch, dip in egg liquid, and evenly coat with panko breadcrumbs.

6] Heat oil in a pan, fry over low heat until cooked through.Chicken cutletsare done!
