Homemade European Fruit Paste
EggFruit PuddingThe preparation ingredients:
Main Ingredients: A (all-purpose flour 45 grams, baking powder 1/4 teaspoon)
Butter40 grams, sugar 35 grams,

Grapesdried30 grams, rum 1/2 tablespoon.
① Mix the ingredients of A together and sift them into a small sieve.
② Roughly crush the dried grapes and pour in the rum.
③ Place the butter in an iron bowl and beat it to form a creamy texture. Add sugar and mix well.

④ Beat the egg and gradually add it to step ③, then add steps ①② in order and stir roughly.
⑤ Cut baking paper into 20 cm x 20 cm pieces. Place 1/6 of the mixture from step ④ in the center of each piece of baking paper and shape them according to your preference into 6 pieces.
⑥ Steam the shaped pastes in a steamer. Switch to high heat after medium heat and steam for about 20-25 minutes before removing.
