Ingredients:
flour88g,
cornstarchcorn flour22g,
egg5 pieces, 40g of corn oil, sponge
white sugar30g, a little black and white sesame seeds.
Steps:
1. Weigh out the required ingredients (except for the corn oil which can be added directly). Mix the two types of flour and sift twice to form low-gluten flour.

2. Beat the eggs in a dry and oil-free bowl, add half the sugar first and beat with an electric mixer until large bubbles appear. Add the remaining sugar and continue beating until the mixture holds its shape without immediately disappearing. The egg whites are now whipped to perfection.



3. Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix gently until combined, then pour in the corn oil and mix thoroughly.
4. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and mix well,
ovenpreheat the oven. Pour the cake batter into
breadpan (wrap it with aluminum foil), tap a few times to remove air bubbles, sprinkle another layer of white sesame seeds on top, and bake for 40 minutes.(Remove the foil about 15 minutes before baking is complete to allow browning on the top.)
